Return Policy

ZLYDESUSU offers returns on defective products only. All products we sell undergo strict factory quality control. We will work with you to resolve any issues you have with the products we sell – solutions may include replacing the item or providing a partial or full refund. Transitional Damage

It is important that you check your goods immediately upon receipt to confirm that they are normal, correct and undamaged. In the event of a problem, please contact our support team at [email protected] and outline the information below:

Contact Phone Number
Time and date order received
Accurate details about the product problem
A clear set of photos/video of the damaged box and damaged product

Once our experienced customer service team receives your email, we will work with a technician to diagnose the problem and get back to you. Typically, our support team will respond within a few hours.

Lost or missing products

We use Fedex, UPS and similar reputable courier services. All packages we send are tracked and signed for to ensure that all packages arrive safely. Although very rare, packages occasionally get lost in transit. If this happens, we will work with you to locate the package. However, if you choose not to sign for the package and the post office has delivered the package, we are not responsible for the loss of the package in this particular case.
